As Head of Customer Engagement my role is to implement strategies around recruitment, retention, customer service and communications to ensure that UKOUG continues to help maximise our customers investment in Oracle.
The Customer Engagement Team’s role is to ensure our members and other stakeholders feel positive about their association with UKOUG by actively participating in our activities. We ensure that our programme of events and content are relevant and are understood across the whole of the Oracle eco-system.
