Building a Bot that can Tell your Feelings as you Speak

Ardhendu Samajdwer & Luc Bors, eProseed

Abstract

We all are aware how chatbots are becoming a common requirement for various business scenarios now a days. There are numerous reasons why more and more people are switching to use a Chabot over traditional business channels. Such as it is being easier to communicate with, available round the clock, reliable and more.   Expectation from a well versed chatbot would be to resolve user queries in a proficient way. It would be even nicer if a bot can sense the temper of its user and handle the conversation accordingly. By doing so, it will not only ensure to complete the conversation but also will retain a happy user who will be more likely to visit the chatbot again. Unfortunately not all chatbots available out there can do so.   Join us to see how we made our chatbot well versed so that it can not only understand users query, but can also communicate both in text and speech based on their mood.
