The case for AI-driven conversational interfaces is now interesting for some but compelling for many (especially those budgeting service personnel to support human to human interactions). This sessions looks at the case for conversational interfaces, where they are being use now, the war stories and the returns in investments. Grant will also look at the technology and how you can build digital assistant to support businesses.
