Paul is vice president of the EMEA Applications License Sales Team within Oracle’s sales organisation. He is responsible for engaging customers and partners to help them maximise their investment on E-Business Suite, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, Hyperion and Siebel.

Paul has built a team of trusted advisors to support Oracle EMEA’s thousands of loyal applications customers. Interacting with HR Directors, Supply Chain Experts, Finance Directors, Heads of IT and Sales VP to learn what's important to them. As Paul say’s “Helping customers find new solutions to business issues, driving down cost of IT while innovating gives me a great thrill.” Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Northumbria and has 26 years of experience in the software industry, multiple roles across sales, consulting and support.

Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. When time allows, he takes part in a game of golf, goes mountain biking, takes a run or cooks.

Cliff Godwin is the senior vice president of applications development at Oracle, responsible for Oracle E-Business Suite. He joined Oracle in 1990 and has been a member of the Oracle Applications business senior management team for most of his time at the company.

Prior to his current role, Godwin led the applications technology group responsible for ensuring that Oracle E-Business Suite effectively leverages Oracle's systems technologies, and for building the common objects and services used throughout Oracle E-Business Suite.

Godwin holds MS degrees in mathematics and operations research from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

As senior vice president of Oracle's JD Edwards product family, Lyle Ekdahl leads development, quality assurance, product management, product strategy, content engineering, quality engineering, and business development for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World applications. 

Before joining Oracle’s JD Edwards team, Ekdahl held executive and management positions at Siebel Systems, Scopus Technology, Platinum Software, and ChannelPoint. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he has also held product development, product management, marketing, analysis, and operations positions in several other global high tech companies. Ekdahl holds a business economics degree from the University of Washington.

Rich has 20 years of experience in the financial software industry with significant experience in Product Management, Pre-Sales and Product Readiness. He currently leads a team of product managers involved in driving enhanced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) functionality with a focus on the financial close process. Rich is responsible for both on-premises and cloud product offerings including strategy and execution of new releases and business process support. Rich is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
